I 1st heard this song on Little Steven’s Underground Garage. I thought it was a Bun E. Carlos original, but I
accidentally discovered that it was a cover. Probably written by Per Øystein Sørensen. You may recall Carlos as Cheap Trick’s drummer. The Risa’s cutaway allows access to D at 11-9-10-9, so I exploited that to move the form down the fret-board to get A and G. In the instrumental, the final Bm is at 7675. There is a timing booby trap at the last line of the final chorus, “You can count on me to be to be there with you” which has a 4/4 to 2/4 shift. I single-strum the preceding A chord to make sure I nail the shift. Chart.
