Virtual Ukulele Rebellion 42 Celebrating Gratitude and Thankfulness! gives me an opportunity to cover a Lavender Diamond song. I like Becky Stark’s voice. She sings up an octave at one point. I adapted the piano song, placing the major 7 chords into the instrumental interludes. I’m not sure that’s the case in the original. At measures 71 through 78, I used Am 5453 and D at 7655. I used GarageBand to splice in Glen’s recorder and compose the bass line. I played the arrangement “live” at the Monterey Ukulele Club zoom jam today. Chart.
