GarageBand provided the Finger-Style bass. Kevin Wacknov produced the GarageBand percussion tracks, varying between verse and chorus. This is my 1st attempt at a 2nd ukulele track, where I used my high G Kanilea to provide an autoharp effect at the start and end of the song. I also used the mixer for the GarageBand tracks, the Risa ukulele, and the microphone vocals. I got the sound levels adjusted using a test zoom session with Kevin. The verse 1st line has rhythmic trickiness with one beat F chord and C chord for the remaining three beats. Also, the end of that line requires care, as the F gets one beat and the C two beats. A 4/4 – 2/4 time signature shift. This is a cover of a cover; I used Stick and Poke’s arrangement of the Profane Sass song. I liked Stick and Poke’s strum, but it was too fast for me to get through the song cleanly. Profane Sass seems like a street bluegrass band. The chart is at the YouTube link.
