Are You Ok?

The Dum Dum Girls remind me of the Pretenders. They consist of Kristen Gundred and a rotating cast of musicians. I used a Bossa Nova strum for the verses and pre-chorus. Then, I had fun with triads in the chorus and bridge. “Are You Ok” is one of my more complicated cover arrangements, with strum variations, triads, and up-the-neck chords. It required many recording takes. The bass uses some arpeggio triads (Taylor Mini-Bass.) And I varied the drums (GarageBand) a bit, too.
