Thanks to Kevin Wacknov for the sound check. Kevin thought the song could make for a fast-food restaurant commercial jingle. That might work. But seriously, at least to me, the lyrics pack a wallop in this short song. This cover features all three of my ukuleles. I used the Black Bird for the riffs and the Risa electric at the last few song measures. The mix buries the riffs somewhat. Listen close! Getting the first riff up to speed when practicing took me a while. I enjoyed playing a couple of D9 chords. The next time I do this, I’ll have to figure out how to improve the mix. The Taylor GS Mini-e Koa Bass provided the bass track, and GarageBand provided the drums.
