I watched a YouTube video that suggested this tribute to buskers song as a crowd pleaser in place of Sweet Caroline or Brown Eyed Girl. I have not heard it done at ukulele jams (except for the Austin group, whose arrangement I used, see link in the chart), probably because of the signature keyboard riff. So I played that riff with my ukulele on the backing track. I slowed the tempo down from 172 BPM to 150 BPM, and transposed the key to C from E. However, I play the melody at the Heritage Park Band breakout jam in the original E. I employ the Risa with compression and reverb. Note that the plosive filter is gone from the microphone. Years ago, I mistakenly thought that my vocal plosives were the cause of distortion, and left it up after I found the real reason (overdriving iMovie, and an easy volume level fix). The filter tended to block my view of the chart. I used iMovie to boost the bass level.
