Another reissue and remaster. The complicated emotions of a breakup song. Again, I reworked the bass and drums as part of my effort to improve listenability, and this time, my Taylor Mini-E bass provides the bass line instead of GarageBand-generated bass. The GarageBand library provides the drums instead of custom-created ones. The late Glen Baker’s recorder is heard at the end. I performed this song for the November 2025 Ukulele Rebellion “Celebrating Gratitude and Thankfulness” themed Zoom jam. I use equalization to boost the mid-range treble. Compression and reverb boosted the sustain.
